Gothically Challenge
I recently updated my avatar in second life. I was happy with my old look and I wanted to keep the new look true to the old, while adding a bit more polish and detail. The previous skin was many years old and I doubt it will ever be updated to something new or HD that is all the rage now in Second Life.
Moving from a combination of body and head to a completely different combination was not easy. Getting the face correct took the most effort. Switching from Catwa to LeLutka was not easy but I think I managed to capture my look but make it a bit nicer. The next challenge was going from skin appliers, to BoM. With an affinity for the gray it did take me a while to find a suitable new skin. It might seem like a lot of work but with BoM it opened it up for a much more detailed look and options for layering is incredible.
